Respect
“Respect” — this one word is the most important value I hold in both friendships and work relationships. No matter the situation, the person, or the kind of relationship, I always try to understand the other person and treat them with respect.
Even in software projects, it’s exactly the same. I want to respect and value my team members while also sharing my own ideas to help lead the team toward better results. That’s what I truly believe in.

Passion
No matter what kind of job it is, once I’ve chosen a path, I give it my full passion and commitment. Whether it’s a casual job or a full-time position, I always take it seriously and do my best.
Living in Australia has been one of the biggest challenges in my life, and now I’m passionate about building a life here as a software engineer.
Over the past three years, my passion has focused on graduating from university in a non-native country. At the same time, I worked hard to build meaningful relationships, learn about different cultures, and grow as a person.
Now that I’ve graduated, I’m ready to start my career and work with full dedication every single day.

Friendly
Relationships with friends, coworkers, and clients are all different, but no matter the type of relationship, I always try to be polite and respectful, while also being friendly. That’s my personal style.
The phrase “Give & Take” means a lot to me. But in most cases, for me, it’s more like “Take & Give.”
During my three years in Australia, I’ve been supported by so many people. Where I am now is thanks to their kindness and help.
I live every day with gratitude, thinking about what I can do for those who support me. My current goal is to become someone who can give back.
We can’t live alone. Just as I’ve been helped by many people, I want to grow into someone who can do something meaningful for others as well.
